We fit high quality tongued & grooved Oriented Strand Board (O.S.B.) flooring. To raise the flooring as not to interfere with pipes, cables and/or insulation, we also counter batten the flooring with additional timbers. We fix the attic flooring down with screws instead of nails, this insures that no damage is done to the ceiling below and also that the flooring can be easily lifted in the event of needing to get to pipes and/or cables.
